This was also taken on Saturday. One of the signs of neglect on the mall: empty water features, some with puddles and fallen leaves. Kids like to use them as little playgrounds, running along the concrete curves and bumps. The fountains are neat, in some ways they are dated, especially when water is a precious commodity. Maybe there are other ways to use them?
