Last weekend was the Two Cities Marathon. As I was driving past Woodward Park I saw all these outdoor port-a-potties that were set up for the run. Over a hundred at least! I thought it funny that here are all these outdoor toilets and the theme for Picture Fresno this week is a Breath of Fresh Air.
