Thanks to the folks of the Front pour la Libération des Nains de Jardin - or rather, Front for the Liberation of Garden Gnomes - I made the long trek from the Tuileries Garden outside the Louvre to good ol' Fresno California where I am in a Gnome Protection Program as I was witness to a number of indiscretions (facts omitted for safety) whilst holding my post in the Tuileries. I hear the summers here can be a bit brutal, so I am hoping to be relocated before I have to get my gnome hat and beard removed and proper swim trunks fitted. In the meantime, spring has sprung and I am thoroughly enjoying this wee respite amongst the blooms.
